Discipline

- Honesty and Integrity: Cheating, lying, and other forms of dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
- Anti-Bullying: Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination is not tolerated.
- Timely Attendance: Students must arrive at school and all classes on time.
- Regular Attendance: A minimum attendance of 90% is required to maintain academic standing.
- Absence Protocol: Students must submit a leave application signed by their parents/guardians for any absence.
- Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed uniform daily, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Personal Grooming: Hairstyles, jewelry, and accessories should align with the school's modesty standards.
- Active Participation: Students should listen attentively, participate in lessons, and complete all assignments on time.
- No Disruptions: Talking out of turn, using mobile phones, or creating disturbances during class is not allowed.
- Respect for Property: Students must take care of classroom materials and school property.
- Restricted Use of Devices: Mobile phones, tablets, or smart devices are only allowed with prior approval from the administration.
- Ethical Internet Use: Students are expected to use technology and the internet responsibly and only for educational purposes.
- Orderly Movement: Students should walk quietly in the hallways and staircases, maintaining discipline.
- Canteen and Playground Etiquette: Respect others' space, avoid littering, and follow designated schedules for activities.
- Substance-Free Zone: Possession or use of cigarettes, drugs, or alcohol is strictly forbidden.
- Weapons or Dangerous Items: Carrying any harmful or dangerous items is prohibited.
- Vandalism and Theft: Damaging school property or stealing will result in disciplinary action.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Parents are expected to be involved in their child's progress and respond promptly to school notices.

- The school is enclosed by high boundary walls topped with razor wire for added protection.
- All entry and exit gates are supervised by trained security personnel during school hours.
- Only authorized individuals are allowed to enter the premises after verification.

- Trained and uniformed security guards are stationed at all entry and exit points to ensure proper monitoring.

Role of Coordinators

Scholarships & Cash Awards
Recognizing Academic Excellence
A scholarship is an award program in support of students' further education based on academic or other achievements. The Angels scholarship program is another step towards maintaining our policy to encourage our brilliant students and motivate them to demonstrate their passion, effort, and hard work for their studies.
Recipients of this scholarship will be awarded in recognition of their excellent results in BISE Annual exams as per the following eligibility and criteria:

- On Obtaining 1st position in Institute in BISE 9th exams.
- On Obtaining 2nd position in Institute in BISE 9th exams.
- On Obtaining 3rd position in Institute in BISE 9th exams.
- On Obtaining 1st position in Institute in BISE Matric exams.
- On Obtaining 2nd position in Institute in BISE Matric exams.
- On Obtaining 3rd position in Institute in BISE Matric exams.
Fee Scholarship & Cash Award
- 100% free education after 9th Result (Full fee exemption for each campus).
- 50% free education after 9th Result (Half fee exemption for each campus).
- 25% free education after 9th Result (Quarter fee exemption for each campus).
- Rs. 50,000/- Cash Award (for each campus).
- Rs. 30,000/- Cash Award (for each campus).
- Rs. 20,000/- Cash Award (for each campus).
Note: Fee scholarship & cash awards are subjected to minimum 95% obtained marks.
Board Exam Policy
Policy Regarding Board Examinations
Angels School System has specific policies in place regarding internal send-up examinations and Board Examinations to maintain academic standards.
Internal Send-Up Examination Policy
- The passing criteria for send-ups will be 50%.
- Students who fail in the internal send-up examination will be treated as a Private student.
- He/She will appear in Board Exams as a Private candidate.
- As a private student, he/she may continue his/her studies and can take regular classes at Angels School System.
Policy in Case of Failure in 9th Board Examination
In case of failure in the Grade 9th Board Examination, students have the following options:
- He/She can migrate from Angels School System to any other School.
- He/She can continue studies in Angels School System conditionally:
- He/She will be treated as a Private student.
- He/She is responsible to follow all SOP's of Angels School System.
- In the next 10th class, he/she will appear as a Private candidate in the Board Examination.
This policy ensures that students are adequately prepared for the Board Examinations while providing options for continuation of studies.
